i. Preparation of Job Description
As per the requisitions received, a Job Description for the Role is prepared which is then shared with the HOD for recommendations, if any.
ii. Shortlisting of CVs through websites
Based on the JD, approximately 50 Resumes are extracted through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and various WhatsApp groups and if required, through Placement Consultancies. If the manpower required is of a senior position, assistance of HOD of that respective Department is also taken.

iii. Sharing details of Job vacancies with the HR Consultancies.
A mail is sent to the Third party consultants specifying the requirements for the position along with the Job Description. The same is comunicated over call as well.
iv. Shortlisting of CVs through Third Party Consultancies
After receiving from the third party, the CVs are further shortlisted by the HOD. Furthermore, co-ordination with the consultancies and HODs for shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, sharing post-interview feedback, etc. is also done as required.
